The Millstream Hotel is a family run hotel, set within the heart of the fishing village of Bosham near Chichester. We have thirty five bedrooms, beautiful gardens and a fine dining restaurant which has been awarded 2 rosettes by the AA. In addition to our fine dining restaurant we also serve lunch and dinner in our less formal brasserie-Marwick's.

We are looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress who can enhance our guests stay with their warm personality and professional standards and who also has knowledge of bar work.

This position involves meeting and greeting guests in the restaurant, lounge and bar, laying up the restaurant prior to service, stocking the bar, cleaning duties and general mis-en-place and most importantly serving our guests. 

You will work in both restaurants on a rota basis, working approximately 41 hours per week, five days out of seven, including weekends and evenings.

We have a culturally diverse workforce, some of which live in our staff accommodation located close to the hotel.

You will have excellent English speaking skills and love to work in a team. 

It would be useful if you had your own car as public transport to Bosham is limited, if you did not want to live in.
