Outcomes UK are currently looking to recruit more Bikeability Instructors in South Hampshire. Ideally you will be a qualified Instructor that is accredited up to the Bikeability Level 2 National Standard.

Your role will be to deliver cycle training, known as Bikeability, as organised by Outcomes UK.

As a cycle instructor you will train children and young people in Years 5, 6 and 7 up to Bikeability level 2 in selected primary and secondary schools in and around the Portsmouth area.

You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, experience of working with children and young people, be IT literate (e.g. able to email and use Microsoft applications such as word, excel and outlook) and have the ability to motivate others.
Experience of partnership working is also essential and an up to date first aid qualification would be very beneficial. A CRB Disclosure check is mandatory for this post.

This role will entail travelling in and around Portsmouth and so the ideal candidate will likely have a driving licence, own a car and have a road worthy bicycle to use during delivering Bikeability.

For the ideal candidate Outcomes will pay a very competitive daily rate, provide all the necessary Bikeability equipment for you to deliver the programme and provide 100% office support guaranteeing Bikeability bookings.
