JOB ROLE:

  • Open all incoming post and distribute
  • Answeing and dealing with incoming calls
  • Management of online timesheet system-creating/amended clients/staff
  • Diary management-arranging meetings, booking restaurants, hotels,travel
  • General ad hoc duties
  • Database management and uploading of business cards
  • Management/Creation of processes to ensure efficiency
  • Uploading press releases/coverage to the website
  • Liaising with IT and managing the back up system
  • Managing personnel admin- sending reminders, filing, induction etc.
  • Managing suppliers
  • Support of marketing and business development initiatives.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of Office Management background
  • Good numeracy and IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Must have excellent knowledge of administration (filing,typing,hotel/travel booking/invoicing)
  • Confident communicator
  • Strong thonking and listening skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Thrives on ownership and responsibility
  • Able to efficiently multi-task and meet deadlines
