Our client is an established Manufacturing company based in the South of Hampshire who is looking for a Paint Plant Technician on a permanent basis.

You will require the following skills and experience:-

Essential:- • City & Guilds / Apprenticeship as Paint Technician. • Currently/ Previously working in a paint plant environment. • Knowledge of Robot Programming (6 Axis Robots) • Robotic Spray Programming (6 Axis Robots)

Your role & responsibilities will include:- • Develop and introduce programme for new products/colours. • Ensure programmes are backed up all times. • Develop the skills of the team. • Monitor and control overall performance levels. • Evaluate processes and recommend improvements where necessary.

The working hours are 08:45-16:45 Monday - Thursday and 08:45-12:45 Friday. The annual salary is £25k-£28k. There is a possibility that the role could involve shifts which will probably be double days. One week (06:00-14:00) and the following week (14:00-22:00) with a shift allowance.
