Our client, based in Portsmouth are an International Contact/Customer service provider. They have a permanent position for a Telecoms Analyst to join their successful team.

You will have proven experience in;

• PABX/ACD with knowledge of domestic and International telecom products
• Experience/knowledge of virtual private networks, Cisco or Avaya Definity 8700s
• TDM/IVR/CTI, Wallboards, CMS and ADSL

They are seeking a bright, energetic and self- motivated person, preferably with Project management experience.

Your main duties will be;

Providing general support and will investigate, analyse and recommend improvements to call centre structure. Furthermore you will devise innovative solutions to customer issues interactively and provide internal technical guidance in close liaison with other team members.
