My client is looking for a Temporary Coordinator to assist in their sales and distribution office, you must have experience of dealing with clients / customers on a regular basis including all follow up contact, progress chasing and relevant documentation.

Responsibilities will include:

The processing of customer orders received via web, fax & e-mail

Following procedures, documentation and communications associated with despatch of Customer Orders

Liaise with freight forwarders / carriers where necessary

Work closely with manufacturing & purchasing to ensure delivery requirements are satisfied

Inform the Team Leaders of any problems that affect the Customers expectations / SLA's

Database management and organised files

Answering of telephone enquires within the business

General enquiries as necessary within the department

Job overview:

Ensure the timely and efficient processing all Sales Orders, responding to all enquires within one working day of receipt.

Supporting the department in meeting and exceeding targets for all customers, controlling all documentation and internal / external communications.

Personal qualities:

Maintain a pleasant, self-motivated team member attitude, intended to set an example for all other team members and to project this professional image as a Customer focused team, both internally and externally.

Excellent time management skills in all duties.

Accurate IT skills including Excel and working knowledge of MRP systems.

This is a full time position with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate.

Based in Havant area, 37 hour week, free parking.
