Team Leader and ICT Sales

Dynamite Recruitment are working with a fantastic Training provider based in the South, who have a proven track record in the industry, due to expansion they are now looking to recruit an ICT Team Leader and Sales co-ordinator to join the team.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

You will be required to manage, grow and co-ordinate the team of training advisors and consultants whilst also being responsible for generating business through engaging with employers and learners to promote the services of the ICT Training Department to ensure the departmental KPI's for Sales, Job Outputs and Quality are achieved – the measurable purpose of the role is to achieve departmental budget for commercial IT training

THE PERSON

This role would suit someone with previous relevant experience, someone is results orientated forward thinking with strong organisational skills with the ability to identify markets, who also is a real self-starter who has the confidence to engage with business contacts at all levels

QUALIFICATIONS -

Recognised teaching qualification

A1 Assessors award or equivalent

A recognised IT qualification

A recognised teacher qualification

Local travel is necessary for the role so own transport is essential for this role
