Part Time Customer Service Advisor - £7- £8ph

Dynamite Recruitment are working with a fantastic client based in the Portsmouth area who are currently looking to recruit a number of part time customer service advisors to join the busy growing team.

This is a call centre based role, so experience within a similar telephone based environment is essential.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm

Duties will include

Being first point of call

Taking incoming calls and dealing with accounts queries

Discussing clients applications and updating on the progress

Updating payment details

Giving settlement figures

Taking payments

Taking ownership of calls

Liaising with other departments
