Primarily, these will include the production of various business reports covering all manner of SLA's with clients. Advanced knowledge of Excel will be essential in this, since the successful candidate will be required to manipulate data in order to provide relevant MI. In addition, the Junior Analyst will contribute to client review meetings by providing accurate spreadsheets, analysis of business performance statistics and a general reference point for Management Information related queries.

Requirements... In order to apply for this role, you must have some proven business analysis experience along with a working knowledge of Crystal Reports and Access. Advanced Excel skills are essential, as is plenty of initiative and a willingness to question and challenge working practices and data collection techniques in order to drive continuous improvement.
