Part time Call Centre / Customer Service Advisor

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £7.97 (Full time equivalent £15,500 pa)

Start date: ASAP and full time training will commence 28th July 2014

Hours: 16 – 20 hours per week, Shifts are between the hours of 7:00am – 23:00pm Monday – Sunday
(There are 4 different shift patterns to choose from however, there is also some flexibility on these)

There are permanent roles and 6 month fixed term contracts available

As a Call Centre and Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for assisting a wide variety of customers with general enquiries within the Packaging Department.

* The role of the Customer Service Agent is to act as the first point of contact for our customers, you will handle all incoming calls ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
* High levels of customer service and attention to detail is key
* Receiving inbound calls and some administration duties when not answering calls
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and be a strong team player.
* You will be polite and have an excellent telephone manner.
* You will have the ability to keep calm and empathetic in a fast moving environment.
* You will ideally have experience in a customer facing role or a contact centre background.
* You must enjoy working in a busy, challenging environment where the emphasis is on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
