What is the role? The aim of this post is to work alongside Portsmouth City Council's Adult Social Cares Transformation and Business Development Team as a customer service officer. The post holder will be required to manage enquiries from the public and from colleagues across Adult Social Care, with an excellent customer focus. They will be required to communicate via phone, email and face to face and complete administrative tasks that are necessary to the role. The post holder is also required to give support and advice to customers, attend events and meetings relevant to this role as requested by their line manager.
