Contact Centre Team Leader
Salary: £23,500pa
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, working shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm Monday to Sunday
Start Date: Immediate as interviews are being held on Friday 20th June 2014.
Dynamite recruitment is currently working on behalf of a hugely successful and well established international business based in Portsmouth
Due to client demand our client is looking to recruit a Contact Centre Team Leader to effectively lead and manage 15 - 20 Contact Centre Agents.
As a Contact Centre Team Leader you will be responsible for:
• Successfully leading a team within a fast paced, inbound customer service and sales Contact Centre
• Manage and develop a team of Contact Centre Agents
• Conduct monthly one to one meeting and performance reviews
• To keep up to date on workforce planning systems to maximise productivity
• Call monitoring and coaching
• Produce daily/weekly management reports
• Deal with escalated customer complaints or telephone calls
The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven experience of successfully leading a Contact Centre
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Experience using Windows based packages
• A high level of attention to detail
• Excellent prioritisation and planning skills
• You must be flexible to work shifts that run from Monday to Sunday
• You will be available to start immediately
