You will be providing a Helpdesk Service to Senior Managers across the UK who will making contact via email and telephone to report a problem. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for speaking to the Manager to find out what the problem is and working behind the scenes to sort out the problem. This will involve dealing with a number of different service providers and ensuring that the Manager reguarly recieves progress updates. This role isn't just telephone based and will involve a lot of administration and computer work.
Hours of work are typically daytime hours Monday - Friday, however this department does open between the hours of 7.00am and 7.00pm. There is also the occasional on call requirement for Saturdays. The salary for this position is £14,500 and there is the opportunity to earn up to £18,500 (an extra £1000 per quarter) for meeting the client's service level agreement.
