Receptionist / Host

Salary: £18500 -£18750 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 18:00
Alternate Saturdays – 08:00 to 17:00

Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a prestigious, well known company based in Portsmouth

Due to internal movements our client is looking to recruit a receptionist / Host to join the business immediately

As a receptionist /Host you be will at the forefront of the business, meeting and greeting customers as they walk through the door and assisting them with their needs. Additional responsibilities will include:

* Acting as a first point of contact both via email and the telephone for enquiring or indeed purchasing customers
* General administration duties

* Directing all queries to the relevant department

To apply for this positon you must have:

* Ideally previous experience as a receptionist although not essential
* Confidence and be forthcoming when dealing with customer
* The ability to approach all customers with a friendly attitude and deal with their query in a timely manner
* Good administrative skills
* Strong communication skills

We are looking for an individual who can start immediately therefore flexibility on Notice periods would be preferred although not essential
