Salary - £18,000 - realistic OTE of £25,000 - £30,000

Job Title - Renewals Agent

Our client is a leading insurance company who are looking for a Renewals Advisor to join their successful team.

You will be -

Calling existing customers who have made an enquiry to renew their existing insurance policy

Talking the customer through the renewal process and finding out their requirements in order to process their insurance policy

All administration behind the renewals process

You will have the following experience -

Experience of working in a high volume Call Centre environment

Sales Experience would be desirable but not essential

Excellent customer service skills
