Call Centre / Customer Service Advisor

Salary:£15500 - £7.97 per hour

This is a temporary ongoing position with no end date

Hours of Work : you must be available to work shifts between 7am and 11pm Monday through to sunday on a rota - 37.5 hours a week completed over 5 working days

Due to huge expansion plans our client is looking to recruit Call Centre Customer Service Advisors with immediate effect to joining their current workforce

As a Call Centre and Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for assisting a wide variety of customers with general enquiries .Working as a part of a team you will provide excellent customer service at all times.

The role of the Customer Service Agent is to provide a professional and courteous service to our customers to ensure we continue to be recognised as the market leaders in relationship and added value management.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will handle all incoming calls ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

The majority of your time will be spent receiving inbound calls, but there will also include some administration duties when not answering calls. This will require the ability to work alone and as part of a team in order to meet department objectives and timescales.

A successful applicant will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and be a strong team player.

You will be polite and have an excellent telephone manner.

You will have the ability to keep calm and empathetic in a fast moving environment.

You will ideally have experience in a customer facing role or a contact centre background.
