I am currently recruiting for a number of call centres in the Portsmouth area that require immediately available Customer Service Advisors to join them on a temporary ongoing basis. The salary on offer is circa £15.5K-16K and the hours are on a rota basis between 8am-10pm with most of these companies with weekend working included in this on a rota basis.

The purpose of these roles will be to take incoming calls from existing customers who need help with their policies or product. You will be expected to provide a first class customer experience which will include providing customers with advice and dealing with any complaints.

To apply for this role you need to have some experience in a telephone based customer service role preferably within a contact centre environment. You will possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
