We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join one of our top clients based in Portsmouth.

The main purpose of this role will be to support the Financial Controller with all the daily Finance tasks.

Your Responsibilities will include:

* All aspects of Purchase Ledger
* All aspects of Sales Ledger
* Manage and reconcile petty cash.
* Load payments onto bank for approval by the Financial Controller
* Manage company expenses
* Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have previous accounts experience, particularly in Purchase Ledger. You must have good verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

This is a full time, permanent position with a salary between £16K-£18K.
