My client who is a successful travel and outsourcing company are currently recruiting for a number of part time Customer Service Advisors to join them in their Portsmouth office on a permanent basis. The salary on offer is £16K pro rata (16-20 hr contracts) and the hours are on a rota basis between 4pm-11pm Monday to Sunday with alternant weekends to be worked.

The purpose of these roles will be to take incoming calls into the department from customers who need help with an existing product. You will be expected to provide a first class customer experience which will include answering general queries, processing of new orders and dealing with minor complaints.

To apply for this role you need to have some experience in a customer service role preferably within a contact centre environment. You will possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
