We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator/ Scheduler to join an impressive and growing international based organisation. This is a permanent role and you will provide support to an existing team to ensure that service contracts are delivered within the contract period and customer repairs are turned around within an acceptable timeframe.

You will require the following skills and experience:-

 

GCSE English & Maths grade C or above

Experience in a Scheduling based role

Excellent telephone communication skills

Experience working within an Administration role

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

NVQ L3 Business Admin (Desirable)

Good time management skills

Self-motivated and driven

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

Team Player

 

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:-

 

Scheduling repairs to suit customer demand and resource availability

Ensure that Service Engineers and Sub-contractors are fully utilised throughout the working week

Rearrange any works that have been disrupted by adverse weather conditions

Forward plan workloads of Service Engineers- 2 weeks in advance

Co-ordination & procurement of all parts for Repairs/ Services

Issue Service Engineers with work instruction, which will include time allowances, customer & site details, Equipment schedules and risk assessments

Raise & Issue purchase orders

Act as frontline Customer Service contact for emergencies, breakdowns and incoming calls

Liaise with Service Engineers on a daily basis to confirm status of all live projects & update system accordingly

Processing engineer worksheets & prepare for invoicing

Authorise supplier invoices for parts

Arrange all hotel & travel accommodation as required
