Finance Officer

£19,500-£26,500 Depending on Experience

Full Time, Permanent Position

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Officer to join one of our top clients based in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a busy and stable organisation.

The Role:

* Record all Financial Transactions
* Assist in the Financial Administration of the organisation
* Maintain accounts in accordance with sound financial practices
* Collect, bank and account for monies
* Organise the timely processing and settlement of invoices
* Ensure that all income and expenditure is accounted for and recorded
* Produce financial reports
* Process requisitions and orders
* Support the business manager in financial reporting
* Monitor budgets

The Ideal Candidate:

* MUST be AAT level 4 qualified or equivalent
* Experienced in balance sheet and bank reconciliations
* Good use of ICT
* Ability to use own initiative and work well within a team
* Good organisational skills
* Experience with working with Purchase and Sales Ledgers systems

This role will interview and commence almost immediately so little or no notice period would be ideal but is not essential!
