We wish to appoint an hourly paid part-time lecturer for fixed-term delivery in January 2015, to teach on the Musical Theatre degree in the School of Media and Performing Arts. As well as general subject knowledge of performance you will need to have specialist knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

Musical theatre, dance and movement practices; choreography across a range of idioms and styles used in musical theatre; active researcher combining studio-based teaching with contextual seminars in dance history.

Successful applicants will be expected, as a member of the teaching team, to help in the delivery of units within the relevant subject areas, and this may include marking and verification of assessments where appropriate. Applicants should have a relevant degree, be able to motivate students and work as part of a team.
