My client is a very successful customer service contact centre based in the Portsmouth area. They are looking to recruit a number of French speaking inbound customer service advisors.

You will be responsible for: Taking and making calls to existing customers, Listening to their requirements, dealing with the customers to a satisfactory conclusion. You will be working on existing prestigious campaigns for the company.

• You will have previous telephone customer service ideally although this isn't essential as training will be provided.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Full Training will be given on all campaigns.
• Fluent in French and English both verbally and written.
• Competent in Microsoft Office.

Working hours on a 37.5 hour rota basis between 7.30am- 6.30pm Mon- Fri with alternate Saturday's between 8am-4pm.
