St Ronans was established over 20 years ago and has been well-lead by the same management team since 2001. The Home has recently been refurbished and extended and now accommodates 46 residents. We provide both personal and nursing care , specialising in dementia and palliative care. We offer reablement and convalescent, long term and respite, palliative and end of life care.

What is the job?

Nursing Assistants are required to assist residents with every aspect of daily living.

You will be expected to deliver personal care whilst maintaining residents dignity and promoting independence and positive risk taking.

In addition you will be required to support residents emotional needs and help them regain confidence and become part of their community.

The job is hard but incredibly rewarding.

All staff receive a complete and comprehensive induction and will be well supported throughout their employment.

Salary: £6.50 to £6.95 per hour with weekend and bank holiday enhancements
