Location - Southsea
Salary - £25,000 -£45,000 dependent upon experience - plus quarterly bonus
Hours - Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6.00pm plus every other Saturday

Our client is a leader in estate agency and they are recruiting for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their extremely successful and expanding office.

You will be -
Managing a large portfolio of land lords and lettings contracts, up to 400 lettings per year
Managing a team of 4 staff
All paperwork and liaising with land lords and tenants on a daily basis

You will have -
At least 3 year's experience in lettings
Experience of managing a large portfolio of land lords
A driven and proactive approach to your work
