Hours: 9am – 5:30pm 5 days a week - (Occasional Saturdays on a rota basis)

The Role:
- Identify potential buyers and secure quality viewings
- Carry out accompanied viewings and follow-up securing offers where possible
- Provide buyer and seller contact
- Promote the Company through proactive canvassing
- Investigate and report opportunities to increase branch income
- Carry out all administration to support these activities
- Any other tasks required to ensure the success of the office

The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have proven experience gained within an Estate Agency/Property Company
- Should have at least 1 years experience within this type of environment.
- Must be passionate, enthusiastic, professional and well presented
- Must have good local knowledge
- Must possess a Full UK Driving License
