Full Time Field Based Qualified Gas Engineer Required!

£10-£14 per hour + company van, fuel card (for business purposes) and uniform

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a successful specialist heating company, with offices dotted across the UK, which are currently looking for Qualified Gas Engineers to join their local fleet.

The Role:
Whether you are a Service and Repairs Engineer or an Installations Engineer we are keen to hear from you as we have vacancies in both!

Duties will include but will not be limited too:

* Delivering excellent customer service
* Driving personal performance to deliver profitable productivity results
* Contributing to achieving materials expenditure savings where possible
* Attending call outs or pre-booked visits to customers who are in need of a boiler repair/or new boiler installation
* Making sure that work is completed, and to the best of your ability, where possible on the first visit to ensure minimal recall rates
* Supervise, coach and train nominated apprentices and make sure that Health and Safety regulations are always followed

The Ideal Candidate:

* Will be required to work a 40-45 hour working week and will be primarily field based
* Requires 2 - 3 years gas engineering experience
* Must have reasonable literacy and numeracy skills by completion of a Math's and English GCSE or equivalent
* ACS, CCN1 AND CEN1 are essential!!!
* Experience of remote field based work previous
* Experience of an automated work scheduling system
* Good current knowledge of the gas legislations
* Must also be Gas Safe Registered or have the ability to become it as and when required

This role will interview in the area almost immediately so little or no notice period would be ideal!
