French Speaking Customer Service Advisors

Start date - 8th December 2014

£15500 - Customer call centre agents

Hours of work : 37.5 hours a week shifts will run between 7.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday

Alternate weekends required : You will work between 8am to 4pm

Due to internal movement our client is looking to recruit a French speaking customer service advisors to work withinin their business.



As French Speaking Customer service advisor you will

* Receive inbound calls from customers to assist with general enquiries , manage expectations and provide excellent customer services
* Administration to support the customer calls
* Work to set KPI's and Targets



The ideal candidate will

* Be fluent in both spoken and written French
* Have strong customer service skills
* Have good grammatical skills
* Must be available to start on 10th November
