Applications are invited for a permanent post in the Department of Psychology. We are aiming to appoint someone who can be in post by May 2015.

The Department of Psychology maintains a policy of strong linkage between teaching, innovation and research.  We seek a highly motivated and collegial individual to further enhance our International Centre for Research in Forensic Psychology and contribute to the teaching of Forensic Psychology at undergraduate and postgraduate level

The successful candidate will have demonstrable evidence of research excellence, potential for innovation income and/or social and economic impact, and will be able to deliver high quality, engaging teaching.  Preference will be given to candidates who can enhance the investigative and security psychology oriented elements of our research, coming either from a strong background in cognitive or social psychology.
