Internal Sales and Account Manager

Location: Havant

Salary: £20000-£[please apply by clicking on the blue button on this web page] OTE £35,000 - £40,000

Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established award winning employer of choice in Portsmouth

Due to internal movements our client is looking to recruit an Internal Account Manager to join their hugely successful team in Portsmouth with immediate effect.

As an Internal Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts with the view of establishing relationships and growing the yield within these accounts to retain them as a client

You will be solely responsible for managing a territory and will work with the sales manager to implement a successful territory management.

This position will include the following responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of client accounts – Offering a consultative approach to sales
* Make continued contact via email and on the telephone with your client to establish and build and maintain relationships , upsell and cross sell additional products and service and maximise opportunities .
* Provide an outstanding service to your clients to maximise opportunities and ensure satisfaction
* Identify areas of need to then upsell and cross sell
* Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs;
* Consistently achieve high standards of performance in line with business expectations;
* Manage and maintain the company in-house system
* Intelligent use of systems and relationships to feedback competitor analysis and IMI to your line manager



To apply for this position you will have the following:

* Will have a previous and successful history in managing client accounts
* Will have a strong sales background – Consultative
* Confident and highly proactive approach to work
* Understands the importance of adding value to an account
* Analytical and understands the importance of planning
* Ability to work as part of a team
* A fast learner who isn't afraid of challenging what's been done before
* Good decision making skills & the ability to work independently as well as with others
* Good writing skills with a focus on driving desired action

Previous experience of working within recruitment or advertising sales is advantageous although not essential
