We require a Qualified Social Worker, HCPC registered to join us at the Kestrel Centre. We are undertaking a programme of service development for Adults with learning disabilities in Portsmouth, which will put in place a range of services designed to meet need, promote independence and support people to be fully part of their communities. This role will contribute to the development of supported living services and respite care services. This will involve assessing the needs of adults with learning disabilities and working with them and their carers through a process of change. You will need to be organised as you will be working independently and be responsible for managing your own caseload and maintaining case records. In return we will support you with a good induction programme, which includes regular supervision for support and yearly personal development reviews.
