We require a Kitchen Assistant to join us initially at Longdean Lodge although this will be based at the new Victory unit in Hilsea when this opens in April. You will be required to assist with food preparation, maintain a clean kitchen environment including the cleansing of all equipment and utensils whilst ensuring you comply with health and safety.

Salary: £13,919 - £14,609 pro rata (£7.21 - £7.57 per hour) plus shift pattern 1 allowance of 7%

22 hours per week - shifts from 1.00pm - 6.00pm

Working on a 2 week rota, including every other weekend and bank holiday working.

You will be eligible to receive the "living wage" supplement if you are appointed between Band 1-Band 3 scale point 11 (as at 1.1.2015) which currently takes your basic salary to £7.85 per hour.
