Customer Service Advisor
Portsmouth
£14,000pa basic
Quarterly company bonus + Overtime opportunities
Monday to Sunday - Shifts work between 8.00am - 8.00pm

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a confident Customer Service Advisors to join one of our top clients based in the Portsmouth area. Our client is one of the UK's most impressive and fast growing finance provider where working conditions are exceptional. This role is fast paced and duties will vary so if you feel you could be an asset to the company this opportunity is not to be missed.

The role -

• Receiving a high volume of inbound calls from customers as well as responding professionally to emails
• Answer varied queries relating to their contract and provide the customer with valuable solutions
• Take responsibility for resolving disputes, ensuring that caller concerns are actioned correctly and all parties are notified.
• Assist Collections and aftersales during busy times.
• Provide up to date and accurate information on FCA regulations
• Be able to build rapport while providing high levels of customer service
• You will complete administration to support the customer calls

Personal Specification -

• Will have previous call centre / customer services experience
• Will have ideally have supported within a customer service environment
• Experience of Finance services and Consumer Credit within a call centre environment is desirable but not essential
• Excellent Telephone manner
• Excellent Communication skills
• You will have a adaptable, confident and professional manner
