Transport Operator

Salary: £17000 per annum

Hours of work : Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 48 hours a week (minus an hour lunch), 12 hour shifts between 6.30am and 6.30pm

This is a temporary to permanent position to start Immediately

Location : Portsmouth

Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established logistics and wholesale business . Due to the growth of the business our client is looking to recruit a Transport Operator.

As a Transport Operator you will be responsible for: working as part of the logistics team to manage a variety of administration
•Answering the phones
•Liaising with customers via email and on the telephone to manage enquiries and expectations
•Progress chasing orders
•Tracking orders using the in-house tracking system
•Liaise with third parties to ensure the smooth transportation of client orders from A to B , managing any issues that may arise
•General Customer Service and Administration
