We seek an experienced administrator to join the HR Service Centre team during a busy period of change. The post holder will be expected to provide efficient and effective support to faculties and services for all HR and recruitment matters. They should have experience of a web based recruitment system within a Higher Education establishment and sufficient knowledge of legislation to be able to provide appropriate advice to clients.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential and the role holder will need to evidence a highly methodical and accurate approach to work with outstanding planning and prioritisation skills.
Candidates should have a comprehensive knowledge of HR procedures and practices as they may also be required to support other areas of HR administration.
