New and Used Car Sales Executive

Uncapped commission and further incentives for overachievement

OTE £30,000 - £35,000 in first year

Dynamite is currently working with one of our industry leading clients based in the Portsmouth area. Due to the successful expansion of this business we are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic candidate to join the new and used car sales team.

We are looking for a money motivated, dynamic candidate who is prepared to deliver a high standard of customer service and wants to earn considerably well. Sales experience is not necessary.

The Role:

* Follow-up enquires and sales lead
* Deal with in-bound telephone calls and customers face to face
* Converting enquires into sales
* Maintain high customer satisfaction

The Ideal Candidate:

* Focused on customer care
* Passion to sell new and quality used cars
* A motivated individual who is confident in dealing with customers
* Remain focused on achievement of targets, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

This role will interview and commence almost immediately so little or no notice period would be ideal but is not essential!
