Do you have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve complex issues whilst building relationships with your customers, colleagues and suppliers?

As part of our Service Desk team you will provide first and second line IT support to users based at various locations. You will be responsible for supporting desktop, laptop and tablet devices as well as other peripheral devices. You will receive, handle and resolve support requests and incidents following agreed procedures, and deliver an exceptional end to end service to our customers. You will have experience of supporting Microsoft Operating Systems, installing hardware and software and a relevant Microsoft and A+ certification or equivalent knowledge.
