Ideal candidates for this role will have previous Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience in a fast paced retail environment. Duties include, supporting the Manager in the day to day running of the store, driving and achieving store targets. Must have excellent commercial knowledge and visual merchandising skills, an understanding of the key performance indicators sales focused and ability to motivate and manage a team.
