The Holiday Inn Express is looking for a Night Guest Service Manager to join the team. The main focus for this role will be to maintain and provide excellent guest service at all times and provide assistance and support to the team. To maximise sales, minimise costs and ensure quality standards are met. When on shift, successful candidate will be responsible for the running of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager/Senior Manager.
