Slug and lettuce are looking for a kitchen manager to join their team. Must assist GM in controlling cost and expenditure in line with budgets and targets, ensure kitchen staff are trained within time scales and rotas are in order to deliver business targets. Must ensure food standards are upheld, conduct staff appraisals, identify training needs, attend management meetings and identify recruitment needs. Must have substantial kitchen experience and proven leadership skills.
