A progressive independent law firm based in Portsmouth is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their busy team.

About you:

• The role will be best suited to applicants with considerable ability and experience in handling a broad range of commercial matters including transactional and trading activities; with good client management; organisational and time management abilities.
• A sound working knowledge of corporate structure (including constitution and shareholder relations) is also essential.
• In addition to the above, the ideal candidates will have a strong academic and legal background, able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• They will also need to be excellent team players, capable of hitting the ground running with minimal oversight, and keen to develop themselves and the team, and to make their mark in this up-and-coming business. This will include involvement in marketing and growing the existing client base.
• The candidate's role will involve working in the Corporate and Commercial team assisting an experienced director, running their own caseload and supervising team members.
