PCC is currently undergoing major transformation in relation to channel shift and requires an experienced Business Analyst to identify the appropriate transactions and processes that will be included. You will provide the key analysis to maximise the potential of the corporate website and reduce the manual processes across PCC. Understand the directorate requirements and input to the implementation / configuration to ensure the solution meets the desired outcomes.

As well as having experience in Business process reengineering and process improvement you will be able to provide solutions for customers to time, quality and budget. You will require excellent negotiation and communication skills.
