Salary: £45,990 We are looking for two talented Oracle Support Analysts with at least 4 years' experience to join our successful EBS Support Team providing first class support and consultancy to our R12.1.3 Financials stakeholders and users. You will be part of a team of nine which includes Support Analysts covering HR and Payroll, Project Support / Help Desk Team and EBS Developers. These are senior roles and the right candidates will have extensive Oracle R12 Financials experience covering iProc, PO, AP, AR, Advanced Collections and GL. We would anticipate one role focussing on Receivables / Advanced Collections and the other on Procure to Pay. Key skills: • module configuration (application setup and ongoing configuration and change) • managing and resolving complex system and user incidents (including via Service Requests through My Oracle Support)

• upgrade and project lifecycle including change management

• providing a functional lead with stakeholders in reviewing and developing EBS to deliver efficiencies and savings.

You will be a confident communicator, have a systematic approach to problem solving and project delivery, be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and thrive on pressure. As the role is based within the Corporate Finance Team candidates with experience of working within this type of environment, and more specifically within the public sector will be preferred. The role does not involve travel and will be based at our central Portsmouth office with easy road and rail links.
