To realise some of these initiatives the Business Analyst team is expanding and is looking to recruit:

1.      Permanent Business Analyst

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Business Improvement team.  This is a varied role and you will have a proven record of working at all stages of a project life cycle from feasibility investigations and procurement through to implementation and transition to operational service. You will play a key role in assisting business process owners to map and review existing processes, evaluate options and implement new IT and/or business systems. You will be expected to create and maintain good relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the University and work with them to ensure the projects meet customer expectations and deliver the agreed benefits.

2.      2 x Business Analyst (1 year fixed term)

This is an exciting opportunity for 2 enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join the Workload Planning Project Team, working towards establishing a common approach to workload planning across the University.  You will be expected to work with stakeholders across the University, contribute to the implementation a new system and the associated business processes.

For all posts, extensive business analysis experience in a complex organisation is essential along with excellent communication skills.  You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to manage change within a large organisation.
