Gunwharf Quays are recruiting for a Guest Relations Host to join our team, working in the Guest Relations Suite as an ambassador for the Centre. The successful candidate will ensure premium customer service is offered at all times by going ‘above and beyond’, and consistently exceeding all guest expectations by providing a concierge style service. The successful candidate must show a passion for premium service, a good knowledge of the local area, and flexibility in working hours. All of our Guest Relations Hosts MUST be multilingual – the ideal applicant will be fluent in either German, Italian, or Spanish, in addition to English.
