To oversee the entirety of the organisation's operations in a highly responsible, effective, confident & capable manner. The Operations Manager must ensure that the company goals are met in a timely fashion by efficiently & effectively managing personnel & resources. The Operations Manager must have excellent multi-tasking, organisational & interpersonal & leadership skills as well as a thorough knowledge of the industry & looking for ways to increase profitability. To manage, supervise & organise projects & staff ensuring that all supervisors & their teams carry out their work in accordance with Marlin Environmental Services Quality Procedures and to customer's satisfaction. Checking all projects & teams on a regular basis to ensure al work is carried out in accordance with all legislation. The Operations Manager frequently goes on site to supervise & evaluate the workforce. In this capacity they may field questions & concerns from staff, address problems & shortcomings & provide insight to streamline the business. In doing so Operations Manager look to strengthen the business itself & help to develop the management team.

Experience in the Marine Industry would be an advantage
