New Guess Store opening soon in Gunwharf Quays is currently recruiting for various possitions:Assistant Manager:The Assistant Manager is second in command to the Store Manager and assists the Store Manager with all everyday activities. He/she should be capable of looking after the store when the Store Manager is absent. Therefore he/she is responsible for maintaining sales performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, merchandising standards, store operations and training and development across the entire store. Store Supervisor:The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the customer experience, driving the team to meet or exceed profitability expectations, training and development of the store staff, leading by example on the selling floor and maintaining the store standards on the selling floor and stockroom. Key Holder:The Key Holder is responsible for, driving the team to meet or exceed profitability expectations, training and development of the store staff, leading by example on the selling floor and maintaining the store standards on the selling floor and stockroom.
