This is a key role to support the implementation of the University’s Research and Innovation Strategy, with a particular focus on monitoring institutional performance across research and innovation activities. You will provide high quality management information, analysis and horizon scanning to ensure the strategy maintains currency in the changing Higher Education environment. Working with senior colleagues, you will coordinate the University response to external consultations, policy reviews and strategy initiatives from Government, funders and member organisations.
You will be a capable, flexible individual with a conscientious, customer-oriented disposition. You should also be well organised, numerate and have excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills. Experience of supporting strategic initiatives, management reporting or analysis and of a research environment would be advantageous.
The post holder will be located within Research and Innovation Services and work as part of the team supporting research, innovation and impact activities across all subject areas of the University.
