Portsmouth Business School has a vibrant environment and is ambitious. We wish to build upon our existing strengths and considerable recent success by investing in excellence. We seek to appoint to a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Business Analytics and Quantitative Research Methods.  The successful candidate is likely to have completed a doctorate recently, or be close to completion. We are specifically looking for candidates who are able to demonstrate clear engagement with, and application of, the theoretical constructs in the subject discipline of Business Analytics and Quantitative Methods.  Candidates should also be able to demonstrate engagement with the profession and importantly with professional body requirements.

For Senior Lecturer post, professional qualifications and senior professional experience will be considered if there is clear evidence of willingness to engage with doctoral level research.  You will be committed to excellence in teaching at all levels, and support to develop teaching skills is available for less experienced staff.  You will be expected to make a significant contribution to the research profile and knowledge and innovation activities of the School.  You will have drive and enthusiasm, an innovative approach to research, learning and teaching, and enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
