We are seeking an experienced academic who has the commitment and ability to take a leadership role in our optometry team in addition to overseeing curriculum management and related research in our School.
With a PhD in Optometry, Vision Sciences or a related area, you will have extensive successful teaching experience in Optometry or Ophthalmic Dispensing at Higher Education (HE) level, a track record of team leadership and curriculum design and development, and a strong research profile. We welcome applications from candidates with expertise in any area of Optometry and Vision Sciences which complements and supports our Departmental provision. We are particularly interested in applicants who can contribute to teaching and research in vision science.
